Scott Lillibridge is an accomplished civil engineer and land development professional with a passion for excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Rick Engineering Company's Sacramento office, Commissioner Lillibridge oversees office administration and manages various aspects of land planning, surveying, mapping, and water resource engineering projects in Northern California.
Commissioner Lillibridge is an active member of several professional associations, including the North State Building Industry, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Urban Land Institute (ULI), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and more.
